2. Listen the Sound Codes and Songs - Each sound code builds upon an alchemical process, so I suggest listening to them all. However, you may not resonate with each lineage but carry similar wounds. The codes are a transmission of sound frequencies and guided practice; some start off like a meditation, some as an embodied practice of emotion or movement. I suggest following your own practice to open a sacred space before listening, as not all of them guide you through the process.
