The client will receive instructions on what to expect before, during, and after the session and guidelines to assist in further healing. It is up to the client to follow the recommended guidelines and take care of their body, mind, and soul. All healing is self-healing.

Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy - Hypnosis, Key Guidance and Energy Sessions

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

a. Full Payment: Full payment is required upon booking a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

a. 72-Hour Notice: Clients who need to cancel their appointment must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice to qualify for a full refund.

b. Less than 72 Hours: If an appointment is canceled with less than 72 hours' notice, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be retained for sessions costing more than $100.

3. RESCHEDULING

a. Rescheduling Window: Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty anytime before the session. With less than 24 hours’ notice, clients will need to email hello@lianamorgan.me to change the appointment.

4. NO-SHOW POLICY

a. Failure to Attend: If a client fails to attend the scheduled Quantum Healing Hypnosis session without providing prior notice, the full payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

5. REFUND PROCESS

a. Refund Eligibility: Full Refunds are eligible only for cancellations made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

b. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

6. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

a. Consideration: In exceptional circumstances, Liana Morgan may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests. These circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

b. Communication: Clients must communicate any exceptional circumstances promptly to hello@lianamorgan.me for review.

Refund Policy for Digital Products, Workshops and Courses

Digital Prodcuts, Workshops and Courses can not be refunded because you gain instant access to intellectual property.

If you purchase by mistake, and email hello@lianamorgan.me within 24 hours and have not accessed the product or downloaded materials, Liana Morgan may issue a refund on a case by case basis.
